Failure to provide all specified documentation will result in reimbursement delay. Please contact the QDA office for additional information.

Internet Reimbursement Schedule

ISP Submission Date  QDA Review Date Checks Mailed by Treasurer's Office
25th of previous month to the 9th of current month 10th (or next business day) Typically four weeks from the 10th
10th of the current month till the 24th 25th (or next business day) Typically four weeks from the 25th

If you submit all of your ISP documentation on on October 1st, QDA will check and submit the documentation on the 10th to our treasurer's office. QDA's treasurer's office will typically issue a reimbursement check in 4-6 weeks upon approval*.

If you fail to submit all of the required documentation we will not submit your reimbursement information until the next review date. 

*Students must be actively working to qualify for reimbursement. Please see the Quaker Digital Academy ISP Reimbursement Policy above for additional restrictions.
